Leadership Development

This experiential workshop will be devoted to developing your leaders by increasing their understanding about their own preferences and personality traits through the use of psychometric assessments. This will raise their self-awareness, assist in identifying individual strengths and areas for development, understanding their work styles, communication styles, team styles, leadership styles, how they manage conflict, their approach to change, and how they manage stress. Attendees will discover a new approach to self-awareness and explore the influence of personal style on their approach to daily tasks. The session aims to assist in the development of effective interpersonal relationships, leadership skills, and communication at work that results in successful leadership outcomes.

Team Building

This Team Building Workshop is focused on gaining understanding about the self and team dynamics. It includes the use of psychometric assessments that support the development of effective interpersonal relationships, team work, and communication at work. Participants will experience an increase in self-awareness, greater understanding about their strengths and areas of development, working styles, ways to improve team performance, improve communication skills, successfully collaborate with team members, and improved ability to manage change and stress. The workshop is delivered with experiential exercises for both individual development and team building that is intended to educate employees on the value of their own preferences along with implementing this new awareness into their day-to-day work and organization as a team building tool for ongoing success within the company. Conflict Management

This workshop will assist individuals and teams in understanding how different conflict styles impact interpersonal and team dynamics within an organization. The power of this workshop is that it provides insight to five practical approaches to dealing with conflict, identifies how and when to use the specific styles of conflict, and provides awareness and development for conflict and teams. It will support constructive conflict management, create successful collaboration with teams resulting in enhanced performance, provide leadership development, improve communication, ability to manage change and stress, resulting in higher retention.
